Sessions take place during the school day and students are scheduled into a consistent weekly session time.

Session times are set by Rapid Rockstar Music Academy and may occasionally change due to school events, timetable changes, or school activities.

Students are responsible for arriving at their scheduled session time. If a student misses their session because they forgot, were absent from class, or did not arrive at the scheduled time, the session is considered missed.

Fees are invoiced per term or per mid-term block and are due before lessons begin unless a payment plan has been arranged.

Payment plans are available on request and must be arranged before lessons begin. By enrolling in the programme, you are agreeing to pay the fees for the full term or midterm block.

If fees remain unpaid, sessions may be paused until the account is brought up to date.

If your child is going to be absent from a music session, please let us know as soon as possible via the Parent Portal or email.

Please notify RRMA directly, not the school, as the school does not manage the session schedule.

If a student misses a session for any reason, the session is considered missed. Missed sessions are not made up or refunded.

This includes absences due to sickness, school camps, sports events, school trips, family holidays, forgotten instruments or music books, or not arriving at the scheduled session time.

Session times are reserved specifically for each student during the school day and cannot usually be filled at short notice. For this reason, missed sessions are not credited, refunded, or rescheduled.

Occasionally sessions may be affected by school events such as camps, sports days, trips, teacher-only days, public holidays, or other school activities.

RRMA operates within the school environment, and the term structure and pricing already take these disruptions into account. For this reason, sessions missed due to school events or public holidays are not made up, credited, or refunded.

If RRMA cancels a session due to tutor illness or unforeseen circumstances, a make-up session will be arranged where possible.

If a student will not be continuing, a minimum of four weeks’ notice is required.

As session times and group places are reserved in advance, fees remain payable during the notice period.

Students are expected to bring their instrument, music book, and any required equipment to each session where applicable.

Drum kits are provided at school where drum sessions are available.

If you are unsure what instrument or materials are required, RRMA is happy to provide guidance.

RRMA communicates with families via email and the Parent Portal. Please ensure your contact details are kept up to date so you receive important information, invoices, and session updates.

From time to time, photos or short videos may be taken during sessions for teaching, progress tracking, or promotional use (website, social media, brochures). If you do not want your child included in photos or videos, please let us know in writing.
